Established in 2018, ABCjeans is located in Xintang town, Guangzhou city, one of the four largest jeans manufacturing bases in China. The company’s factory occupies a large area, and it employs a significant number of workers who are skilled in the art of denim manufacturing.

Sample Production

Our jeans sample production studio has an experienced team of denim industry masters, consisting of five skilled craftsmen who specialize in tailoring various types of jeans samples according to customer needs.

After extensive training, our craftsmen can accurately cut and sew fabrics based on customer-provided drawings and style samples. They quickly design and produce high-quality jeans samples, ensuring that the fit and size are perfect.

Supply Chain

We have a very strong supply chain in the jeans industry, which includes everything from denim fabric, zippers, buttons, and rivets to denim washing and packaging of jeans.

All of these are under our control, allowing us to continuously optimize production processes, improve efficiency, achieve cost control, and reduce waste while maintaining high-quality standards and competitive pricing.

Quality Control

In the production process of a pair of jeans, our factory adopts strong methods to control the quality of the product at every stage. From controlling the quality of raw materials, ensuring accurate manufacturing processes and debugging production equipment, to inspecting and controlling the final product, each stage must meet high-quality standards.

Factory Situation

Our jeans factory currently has a production workshop of 1300 square meters, with about 150 workers and an annual output of 4 million pairs of jeans.

All products are exported to North and Latin America, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Currently, the scale of the factory and the number of workers are increasing.
